Coffee 101   Coffee is a seed from a cherry picked from a bush. From there it is processed. Then it is shipped, then it is roasted and packaged. From there is it ground and brewed. The Early Days: Buying More and More!

Thanks to the orders that many of you placed with the old website, I was able to increase the amount of beans I buy which helps bring the cost down on green coffee.  Now I am able to purchase the large sacks of coffee knowing that I will be able to roast those beans in time to buy fresh ones.     Thanks again for all of your support!
