Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural Process

This fruity coffee comes to us from Idido which is a small area inside the Yirgacheffe Region of Ethiopia in Eastern Africa.  We are big fans of naturally procesed coffee.  Although they can be difficult to roast, the reward is, in this case, Blueberry, Cocoa and a bit of Bourbon.  This coffee is perfectly bright with a decent amount of sweetness to balance it out.  

While Ethiopia is one of our staple offerings, this particular coffee is a treat to smell and drink as it showcases the best of natural processing.
