2025 Holiday Blend Certified Organic Fair Trade Special Release
We were feeling holly jolly when we put this blend of Colombia Sierra Nevada Santa Marta and COMSA Marcala SHG from Honduras together.
The Colombia is a medium roast which pairs well when blended with the light roast Honduras. We were able to source very high quality Certified Organic Fair Trade green beans for both of these which has resulted in a blend we are really excited about.
This blend has a complex tasting profile and when we cupped it we got a lot of merry and bright flavors. Lots of berries, citrus, and smooth caramel with a chocolate aroma. This coffee is great to brew using any method and is sure to be enjoyed by all!
Makes a perfect for last minute gift, stocking stuffer, or just your daily driver... Until you run out of course, this is a very limited release. Get it while you can!
Tasting Notes:
A sweet brown sugar aroma with bright, vibrant acidity. Citrus forward notes of orange and grapefruit, layered with raspberry and peach, balanced by milk chocolate and caramel.
Suggested Brew Recipes for the 2025 Holiday Blend
Drip Coffee (Hario V60, Kalita Wave, or Standard Auto Drip)
- Grind: Medium (granulated sugar)
- Dose: 20 g coffee
- Water: 310 g @ 93 °C
- Ratio: 1 : 15.5
- Bloom: 40g water
- Pulses: 2 equal pours after bloom
- Time: 3 min total
Espresso (Double Shot)
- Grind: Fine (table salt)
- Dose: 18 g in
- Yield: 36g out (~1 : 2)
- Time: 30 s extraction
