This is the Light Roast Profile — tuned to make bright, delicate coffees shine.
How it works
Tap water is a lottery — chlorine, too many minerals, or too few, and every town is different. Third Wave Water fixes that: empty one stick into a gallon of distilled water, shake for a few seconds, and you get water with the ideal balance of magnesium, calcium, and sodium hitting specialty-coffee targets. No chlorine, no guessing, the same water every single time.
Why the Light Roast Profile
Light roasts carry the most delicate flavors in coffee — florals, citrus, tea-like clarity. This profile is mineralized to pull those notes forward. It's the water we'd reach for with our Ethiopian naturals, the Colombian collaboration lots, Primer Paso, and The 33 Blend.
