Hario's ceramic V60 is made in Arita, Japan — a town that's been firing porcelain for 400 years. Ceramic holds heat beautifully once warmed (rinse your filter with hot water and you preheat the cone in the same move), it's completely taste-neutral, and it ages like a good café: this is the buy-it-once version. Size 02 handles one big mug or two cups.
