Why it matters
Pour-over lives and dies by water temperature and pour control (we wrote about both in our extraction basics post). The EKG Pro nails both: to-the-degree temperature control with a 60-minute hold, and the fluted precision spout that made Stagg the standard — slow, steady, exactly where you aim it.
